Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Ekhlas Designs & Marketing, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your service or project. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may cancel your service and any applicable fees.

2. Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your service, please follow these steps:

  2. Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request within 48 hours.

3. Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees depend on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation:

Before Project Commencement: If you cancel before any work has begun, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

After Project Commencement but Before Completion: If you cancel after work has commenced but before completion, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued for projects that have been completed and approved by the client.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are non-refundable upon cancellation, including but not limited to:

Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred from third-party services or products (e.g., stock images, domain names) that are non-refundable to us.

Rush Fees: Additional fees charged for expedited services are non-refundable.

5. Project Suspension

In certain cases, clients may request to suspend their project temporarily. Suspension terms will be discussed on a case-by-case basis and may include holding fees.

6. Cancellation by Ekhlas Designs & Marketing

We reserve the right to cancel a project at our discretion under the following circumstances:

Non-Payment: If the client fails to make a required payment.

Non-Responsiveness: If the client fails to respond to communication attempts within a reasonable timeframe.

 Violation of Terms: If the client violates any terms and conditions outlined in our agreement.

   In such cases, the client will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
